随着电力需求的不断增加,传统的电力工程建设方式无法满足电力产业长远发展的需求,因此,需要不断加强、改进电力工程建设工作。电力作为资本密集型行业,完善工程造价管理和控制是其工程建设的重要环节。当下电力工程造价管理存在一些需要解决的问题,运用全寿命周期造价管理模式对解决相关问题具有非常重要、深远的意义。
With the increasing demand for electricity, the traditional methods of power engineering construction can not meet the needs of the long-term development of the power industry. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously strengthen and improve the power engineering construction. As a capital-intensive industry, improving engineering cost management and control is an important part of its construction. At present, there are some problems that need to be solved in the management of power project cost. It is very important and far-reaching to solve the related problems by using life-cycle cost management mode.
