电力电子电路是在各方面都得到保障情况下综合运用电力、电子等各种先进技术,在这个基础之上对电能的幅值、相位、频率等各种参量所实行的电路。由主电路和控制电路这两部分组成。其中主电路主要用于能量传递,控制电路与主电路有明显不同,其主要是通过触发信号,以此改变主功率开关管的导通和关断,以此实现电路输出的目的。众所周知,目前我国电力电子电路技术尚处于初级阶段,也就是说其工作频率相对低下、动态响应速度缓慢、电路功率因素低等,从某种意义上来说阻碍了我国电力电子电路技术的发展。新形势下随着大功率晶体管、绝缘栅极双极晶体管等众多高频率、全控制型电力电子电路的数字化控制技术的迅猛发展和广泛应用,正因为这样使其具有快速运算能力、强大信息储存能力等优点。本文以分析电力电子电路具有的优势为切入点,深入探析电力电子电路的数字化控制技术,进而为广大研究者提供简单理论支撑。
