近年来我国加大了英语师资队伍建设的力度,注重教师的培养和培训,但村镇小学英语教师的英语素质和水平还不能很好地满足教育的需要,应对其进行近一步的培训。本文结合二语习得理论及村镇小学英语教师现状,提出了针对培训这些英语教师口语的一些较为有效的方法和策略。
In recent years, China has stepped up the construction of English teachers and paid more attention to the training and training of teachers. However, the English qualities and standards of primary school English teachers in villages and towns have not met the needs of education well and should be further trained. Based on the second language acquisition theory and the current situation of primary school English teachers in villages and towns, this paper puts forward some effective methods and strategies for training these English teachers’ oral English.
