随着英国设备综合工程学、美国后勤学和日本全员设备管理机制的引入和推广应用,我国设备管理工作已探索出一条具有中国特色的路子──对设备全过程实行综合管理。目前,企业正在深化改革,转换经营机制,作为保证企业生产正常进行、促进生产发展的设备工作,同样面临着更大的挑战。近几年来,株冶设备工作在取得“国优”三连冠的基础上,围绕深化设备管理,适应新的形势,挖掘设备效能,提高企业活力等方面创出了自己的特色。其中突出的一条是:更新观念,强化现代化设备管理意识,把设备点检与状态监测有机地结合起来,作为实行设备综合管理的重要内容来抓。实施一年多来,取得了明显效果。
With the introduction and popularization of the UK’s equipment engineering, US logistics, and Japan’s full equipment management mechanism, China’s equipment management has explored a path with Chinese characteristics - the implementation of integrated management of the entire process of the equipment. At present, companies are deepening reforms and transforming their operating mechanisms. They also face greater challenges as equipment work that ensures the normal production of enterprises and promotes the development of production. In recent years, Zhuzhou Metallurgical Equipment Co., Ltd. has achieved its own characteristics in terms of deepening equipment management, adapting to new situations, excavating equipment efficiency, and improving the vitality of enterprises on the basis of winning three consecutive titles of “National Excellent”. One of the outstanding ones is to renew the concept, strengthen the awareness of modern equipment management, and organically combine equipment inspection and condition monitoring as an important part of implementing integrated equipment management. Over the past year or so, remarkable results have been achieved.
