以大隆水库下游为例,综合研究了水库下游洪水风险分析技术,采用溃坝模型计算了溃坝洪水流量过程,在其他设计标准洪水下通过水库调度模型计算了相应水库下泄流量过程,通过洪水演进模型模拟洪水淹没过程,计算了淹没水深、范围、流速等多种洪水淹没要素,采用GIS叠置分析方法并结合洪水演进计算结果计算了淹没损失。获得了可信的洪水风险分析结果,为水库下游洪水风险分析提供了技术支持。
Taking the downstream of Dalong Reservoir as an example, the risk analysis technology of flood in the lower reaches of reservoirs has been studied synthetically. The dam-break flood flow process has been calculated by using the dam-break model. The corresponding reservoir discharge flow has been calculated under the other design standard floods. The evolution model simulates flood inundation process, calculates the submerged depth, range, velocity and other elements of flood inundation, and calculates the submergence loss by GIS overlay analysis method combined with flood evolution calculation results. Obtained credible flood risk analysis results, and provided technical support for flood risk analysis in the downstream of reservoirs.
