通行能力计算方法总体可分为两类:一类是依据饱和流率计算通行能力的方法。另一类是计算每次绿灯时间内通过交叉口车辆数的方法。用冲突点法计算交叉口通行能力时,并未考虑非机动车与机动车混行时的影响。且应用范围上存在一定的局限性。国内外应用比较广泛方法仍是饱和流率法。 本文通过对交叉口非机动车、机动车运行规律分析,应用饱和流方法进一步完善了混合交通条件下信号交叉口通行能力模型。提出了信号交叉口交通管理与控制方案,并对交叉口整体交通容量进行了定性、定量分析,得出不同非机动车交通量情况下,交叉口综合治理最佳方案。
Capacity calculation methods can be divided into two categories: one is based on saturated flow rate calculation capacity. The other is to calculate the number of vehicles crossing the intersection of the number of vehicles each green light time. When using the conflict point method to calculate the capacity of intersection, it does not consider the impact of non-motor vehicles and motor vehicles mixed. And there are some limitations on the scope of application. At home and abroad more widely used method is still saturated flow rate method. In this paper, by analyzing the operation rules of non-motorized vehicles and motor vehicles at intersections, the saturation flow method is used to further improve the traffic capacity model of signalized intersection under mixed traffic conditions. Proposed the traffic management and control scheme of signalized intersection, and carried on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the overall traffic capacity of the intersection, and obtained the best plan of comprehensive management at different intersections under different non-motorized traffic volume.
