鉴于在形成络合物的系统中,被作用物和配位基两者的溶解度和/或稳定性可能发生显著的改变,并鉴于细胞毒素剂山柚柑碱(Acronine)(Ⅰ)与龙胆酸盐(Gentisate)(Ⅱ)可形成络合物,作者乃利用测定溶解度的方法对Ⅱ以及有关烷基龙胆酸盐的增溶性质进行了研究和对比。
