Objective: To investigate the effect of ovarian cyst excision on ovarian reserve in patients with ovarian cyst. Methods: 42 cases of ovarian cyst admitted to our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table. Control group of 20 cases, the use of abdominal ovarian cyst excision; experimental group of 22 cases, the use of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision. The levels of anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and estradiol (E2) in serum, ovarian volume (Vol) and the number of antral follicles (Fo) Level and so on. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate in the experimental group was (95.5%) higher than that in the control group (75.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) Serum levels of FSH, E2 and Vol, Fo did not change significantly at 6 months (P> 0.05). Compared with those before treatment, the levels of serum AMH in both groups were significantly lower (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group had lower blood loss, less operation time and shorter time to bed (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ovarian cyst extirpation plays a positive role in the recovery of ovarian reserve, which is beneficial to ensure the ovarian function of women of childbearing age and to promote the recovery of basic hormone. Especially, laparoscopic ovarian cyst exhumation has less bleeding and less damage, Complete removal of lesions, good recovery after surgery.
