研究了分别浸渍于NaCl和CaCl2·2H2O水溶液中的水泥砂浆试体受氯离子渗透的现象.研究中,用染色法和滴定法分别测定了氯离子的渗透深度及其在渗透方向上的含量变化.染色法是指硝酸银-铬酸钾溶液染色法;滴定法包括氯离子总含量和游离分量测定法.研究给出了渗透深度与水泥标号、水灰比、养护龄期、水溶液氯离子载体种类和氯离子浓度及试体浸渍时间等实验参数的关系,水泥砂浆的氯离子总含量和游离分量沿渗透方向的变化规律,并用滴定的结果对染色得到的氯离子渗透深度进行了评价.
The penetration of chloride ions into cement mortars impregnated with NaCl and CaCl2·2H2O aqueous solutions was studied. In the study, the depth of permeation of chloride ion and its content in permeate direction were determined by staining and titration. The staining method refers to the silver nitrate-chromate solution dyeing method; the titration method includes the total chloride ion content and the free component determination method. The relationship between permeation depth and experimental parameters such as cement number, water-cement ratio, curing age, type of chloride ion carrier in aqueous solution, concentration of chloride ion, and test immersion time was given. The total chloride ion content and free component of cement mortar penetrated The direction of the change in the law, and the results of the titration of chloride ion penetration depth was evaluated.
