对本院近9年围产儿死因进行调查分析。结果发现,17110例围产儿中,共死亡257例,围产儿死亡率为15.02‰,其中死产39例,死胎121例;初期新生儿死亡97例。围产儿死亡原因依次为:低氧92例,先天畸型58例,呼吸功能障碍51例,生活能力低下及硬肿症27例,颅内出血7例。提示积极防治早产和低体重儿发生;及时发现和处理妊娠晚期及分娩期脐带异常,早期诊断畸形儿是降低围产儿死亡率的重要措施。
Investigation and analysis of the causes of perinatal death in our hospital for nearly 9 years. The results showed that in 17110 cases of perinatal children, a total of 257 deaths, the perinatal mortality rate was 15.02 ‰, of which 39 were stillborn, 121 stillbirth; the initial neonatal death in 97 cases. The causes of perinatal death were 92 cases of hypoxia, 58 cases of congenital malformation, 51 cases of respiratory dysfunction, 27 cases of poor viability and sclerema, 7 cases of intracranial hemorrhage. Suggesting active prevention and treatment of premature birth and low birth weight infants; timely detection and treatment of umbilical cord abnormalities in late pregnancy and childbirth, early diagnosis of deformed children is an important measure to reduce perinatal mortality.
