目的:比较宁夏不同产地野生及种植甘草中总黄酮含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,对宁夏各产地野生与种植甘草中总黄酮含量进行比较分析。结果:甘草黄酮在4.36~43.6 mg.L-1成良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.013X+0.054(R=0.999 2);宁夏不同产地甘草中总黄酮含量差异较大,同一产地野生甘草的总黄酮含量大于种植品,旱地种植甘草中总黄酮含量高于水地种植品。结论:环境综合机制对甘草中总黄酮含量的影响明显,该研究为宁夏甘草的可持续利用与研究提供参考。
Objective: To compare the contents of total flavonoids in wild and planted licorice from different areas in Ningxia. Methods: The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The content of total flavonoids in wild and planted licorice in different producing areas of Ningxia was compared and analyzed. Results: The linear relationship between the content of licorice flavonoids and 4.36 ~ 43.6 mg.L-1 showed that the regression equation was Y = 0.013X + 0.054 (R = 0.999 2). The content of total flavonoids in licorice of Ningxia was significantly different, The content of total flavonoids in licorice is larger than that in planted plants. The content of total flavonoids in licorice planted in dry land is higher than that in water planted plants. Conclusion: The environmental comprehensive mechanism has a significant effect on the content of total flavonoids in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. This study provides a reference for the sustainable utilization and research of licorice in Ningxia.
