本文是作者于1983年在美国福特汽车公司工程研究中心进行SMC项目工艺研究时的预研报告。本文综合了当时美国汽车工业使用SMC模料与工艺制造相应的汽车部件时对质量因素所进行的部分研究与成果。这里主要介绍纤维长度与含量对制品强度与工艺的影响;低收缩树脂系统的发展及其作用机理,包括收缩因素分析,低收缩作用机理;热塑性塑料填料的特性与作用以及最终对制品表观的影响。
This article is the author’s preliminary research report on the SMC project process research conducted by Ford Motor Company Engineering Research Center in 1983. This article summarizes some of the research and results on the quality factors that the US auto industry used to manufacture the corresponding automotive components using SMC mold materials and processes. Here mainly introduces the fiber length and content of the product strength and process; low shrinkage of the development of the resin system and its mechanism of action, including the shrinkage factor analysis, mechanism of low shrinkage; thermoplastic filler characteristics and the role of the final product of the apparent influences.
