声发射检测已经成为当今世界较为重要的检测手段,目前在我国石油、电力、航空、航天、冶金、铁路、交通、煤炭、建筑、机械制造等领域已经开展了广泛的声发射技术研究和应用。然而声发射技术研究中难点和重点集中在信号处理领域,本文介绍小波分析、相关分析和神经网络几种最常用也是较重要的声发射信号处理方法。
Acoustic emission testing has become a more important detection method in today’s world. At present, a wide range of acoustic emission technology research and applications have been carried out in China’s petroleum, electricity, aviation, aerospace, metallurgy, railway, transportation, coal, construction, machinery manufacturing and other fields. However, acoustic emission technology research difficulties and focuses on the field of signal processing, this article introduces the wavelet analysis, correlation analysis and neural network are the most commonly used and more important acoustic emission signal processing methods.
