含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳胶膜性能的研究

以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要单体,阳离子单体甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯(DM)及含氟单体2-(N-甲基全氟辛烷基磺酰基)乙基丙烯酸酯(FM)为功能性单体,采用无皂乳液聚合制备出稳定的阳离子含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液。检测含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液的成膜性以及乳胶膜的相关性能。研究表明,硬软单体配比为1∶1~1∶1.5范围内,乳胶膜的成膜性能较好;引发剂用量增加,乳胶膜的耐水性降低;含氟单体量增加,乳胶膜的耐水性、耐溶剂性随之增强,乳胶膜的拉伸强度随之增大,断裂伸长率随之减小。通过液体在乳胶膜表面接触角大小的变化,表明热处理有利于含氟共聚物中的含氟链段在乳胶膜表面富集;随着含氟单体量的增加,乳胶膜表面自由能下降。 With styrene (St), butyl acrylate (BA) as the main monomer, the cationic monomer dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DM) and the fluoromonomer 2- (N-methylperfluorooctyl Sulfonyl) ethacrylate (FM) as a functional monomer, a stable cationic fluorinated acrylate copolymer emulsion was prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization. The film-forming properties of the fluorinated acrylate copolymer emulsion and the related properties of the latex film were examined. The results showed that the film forming properties of the latex film were better in the range of 1: 1 to 1: 1.5, the amount of the initiator increased, the water resistance of the latex film decreased, the content of fluorinated monomer increased, The water resistance, solvent resistance will be increased, the tensile strength of the latex film increases, the elongation at break decreases. Through the change of the contact angle of the liquid on the surface of the latex film, it is shown that the heat treatment is beneficial to the enrichment of the fluorine-containing segment in the fluorinated copolymer on the surface of the latex film; as the amount of the fluorine-containing monomer increases, the free surface energy of the latex film decreases.
