固态Marx脉冲调制器是基于IGBT固态器件根据Marx发生器的原理设计的脉冲调制器,即阵列堆叠的多个单元模块把并联充电的电容串联起来向负载放电.固态Marx脉冲调制器的设计摒弃了传统高压脉冲调制器中的脉冲变压器、脉冲形成线和重氢闸流管,基于IGBT固态器件的模块化设计和冗余设计,提高运行可靠性和效率,降低建造成本和系统体积.介绍固态Marx脉冲调制器的设计和关键技术的解决方法,并给出仿真结果.
The solid-state Marx pulse modulator is a pulse modulator based on the principle of Marx’s generator of IGBT solid-state devices, that is, a plurality of unit modules stacked in an array discharge parallelly charged capacitors to a load.
