目的:研究探讨GC/MS测定毒蝇碱的分析方法。方法:通过毒蝇碱标准品建立毒蝇碱的特征离子谱库。用甲醇提取样品中的毒蝇碱,运用GC/MS的Xcalibur分析软件,与标准毒蝇碱的特征离子峰比较,定性定量测定毒蝇菌样品中的毒蝇碱含量。结果:云南野生毒蝇菌中毒蝇碱含量为25.6 mg/kg。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确可靠。
Objective: To study and analyze the analytical method for the determination of muscarinic acid by GC / MS. Methods: The library of characteristic ion spectra of tomamectin was established by using the standard of toxin base. Methanol was used to extract the toxicant from the samples and the qualitative and quantitative determination of tomamectin in the samples was compared with that of standard muscarinic acid using Xcalibur software of GC / MS. Results: The concentration of flies in Yunnan wild poisonous flies was 25.6 mg / kg. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and reliable.
