目的:探讨标识化管理在综合病房药物护理管理中的应用效果。方法:收集2014~2015宁波市第九医院综合病房的19例护士药物管理相关资料,2014年未实行标识化管理,2015年实行标识化管理,比较标识化管理前后检查药物时间、药物检查落实情况、药物混放情况及药品应用效率。结果:标识化管理后较标识化管理前检查药物时间显著缩短,对药物检查落实率显著提高,对药物的混放率显著降低(P<0.05)。标识化管理后6个月及标识化管理后1年药品应用优良率均显著高于标识化管理前(P<0.05);且标识化管理后1年药品应用优良率显著高于标识化管理后6个月(P<0.05)。结论:标识化管理在综合病房药物护理管理中可缩短药物检查时间,提高药物检查落实率,降低药物混放率,提高药品应用优良率。
Objective: To explore the application of the marked management in the integrated ward drug care management. Methods: The data of 19 cases of nurses in the integrated ward of Ninth Hospital of Ningbo City from 2014 to 2015 were collected. In 2014, there was no standardized management of the nurses. In 2015, the management of identification was carried out. The time before and after the comparison of marked management, the implementation of drug inspection , Drug mixing and drug application efficiency. Results: The markedly shortened the time of drug administration after the marked management and markedly improved the implementation rate of the drug test, and significantly reduced the drug mixed rate (P <0.05). The good and good rate of drug application for 6 months after the marker management and 1 year after the marker management were significantly higher than those before the marker management (P <0.05); and the excellent and good rate of drug application 1 year after the marker management was significantly higher than that after the marker management 6 months (P <0.05). Conclusion: Marked management can shorten the time of drug examination, improve the rate of drug inspection, reduce the rate of drug mixing and improve the rate of good drug application in the integrated ward drug management.
