在建立数控机床进给伺服系统数学模型的基础上,确定了伺服系统电流环、速度环、位置环三闭环控制方案,结合手工计算和Matlab仿真给出了各环节参数具体整定的步骤,并根据仿真模型验证了系统设计的正确性。
Based on the mathematical model of feed servo system of CNC machine tool, the three closed-loop control schemes of current loop, velocity loop and position loop of servo system are determined. The steps of tuning parameters of each link are given by manual calculation and Matlab simulation. The simulation model verifies the correctness of the system design.
