目的调查工业噪声和高气湿环境作业对棉纺厂女工心理状况和人格特征的影响。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克成人个性问卷(EPQ量表)对520名棉纺厂女工进行调查,并分别与全国的女性常模比较。结果棉纺厂女工的SCL-90各因子分高于常模(除人际关系敏感因子外),差异有显著性;EPQ量表的E因子分低于常模组,N因子分和L因子分高于常模组,差异均有显著性;相关分析显示EPQ-N因子和SCL-90的所有因子呈高度正相关。结论长期职业性接触噪声并处于高湿环境中对棉纺厂女工的心理状况产生了严重影响。
Objective To investigate the impact of industrial noise and high humidity environment on the psychological status and personality characteristics of women workers in cotton spinning factories. Methods A total of 520 women workers in cotton spinning factory were surveyed by SCL-90 and EPQ, and compared with female norm respectively. Results The scores of SCL-90 in the cotton workers were higher than that in the norm (except for the interpersonal sensitivity factor), and the scores of the EQ of the EPQ were lower than those of the norm and the scores of the N and L factors In the model group, the differences were significant; correlation analysis showed that EPQ-N factor and SCL-90 all factors were highly positive. Conclusion Long-term occupational exposure to noise and high humidity environment have a serious impact on the psychological status of women workers in cotton mills.
