In recent years, artificial titanium made of metal titanium and other materials has been widely used in clinical practice. However, due to the fact that these materials can not be closely integrated with human tissues, it is easy to form a “false lumen” between the body and the tissue to cause secondary infection, which often results in the failure of surgery. The use of titanium metal surface porcelain metal surface to form a layer of micro-convex surface, into the body to avoid the above adverse reactions. We used this to replace one case of a semilunar mandible that had been resected due to tumor destruction. After 2 years of clinical observation; the implant is stable in the tissue, the patient has no adverse reactions both locally and in the body, and the flap has good function.
