当前,房价问题已经成为社会各界关注的焦点,如何保证中低价位住房用地的供应是我国土地出让市场迫切需要解决的问题。本文提出,中低价位商品住房用地应采取限房价的方式出让,并对这一出让制度的可行性进行了分析论证。
At present, the issue of housing prices has become the focus of attention of all walks of life. How to ensure the supply of low-cost housing land is an urgent issue to be solved in China’s land transfer market. This paper puts forward that the medium and low price commodity housing land should adopt the method of limiting the price to sell, and analyzes the feasibility of the transfer system.
