用杂交瘤技术制备出了五个人精子单克隆抗体。经酶联免疫试验,内标记结合试验及间接免疫荧光试验等,证明这五个单抗均能与人精子产生特异的免疫反应,并特异性地结合于人精子的不同部位。其中一个抗体具有明显的精子凝集和制动作用。在所检测的四个人精子单克隆抗体中,有三个对人精子穿卵具有明显的抑制作用。
Five human sperm monoclonal antibodies were prepared by hybridoma technique. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), internal marker binding assay and indirect immunofluorescence assay demonstrated that these five McAbs could both produce specific immune responses to human sperm and specifically bind to different parts of human sperm. One of the antibodies has significant sperm agglutination and braking. Three of the four human sperm monoclonal antibodies tested had a significant inhibitory effect on human sperm penetration through eggs.
