The composition and steering principle of full hydraulic steering system of articulated explosion-proof rubber tire vehicle are analyzed in detail. The layout principles of some structures such as steering cylinder and steering mechanism are summarized and analyzed. The main influencing factors of hydraulic steering of articulated engineering vehicle Parameters: steering torque, steering time, steering displacement, steering cylinder bore and so on are analyzed theoretically and calculated in detail. It provides the basis for the design of hinged explosion-proof rubber tire articulated steering system.
