目的:建立同时测定藏药花锚中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,流动相甲醇-0.5%磷酸水(85:15),柱温20℃,流速0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长210 nm。结果:齐墩果酸和熊果酸在0.01~0.05,0.02~0.1 g.L-1呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率分别为101.17%,101.79%,RSD分别为1.90%,1.65%。结论:该法简便、快捷,结果准确、重复性好,可用于花锚药材中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Tibetan anchovy. Methods: The mobile phase was methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid (85:15). The column temperature was 20 ℃ and the flow rate was 0.8 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results: Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid showed a good linear relationship between 0.01-0.05 and 0.02-0.1 g · L-1, respectively. The recoveries were 101.17% and 101.79%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.90% and 1.65%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Herbal Medicine.
