一、前言为了解决盐浴炉的启动问题,从根本上改变传统的盐浴炉启动方法和节省能源,根据对固态盐浴炉导电特性的探讨和机理的研究,我厂试验成功用工业电压(380V、220V)击穿导通、可控硅调压过渡启动方法(简称:击穿启动法)。这种方法,可以既不用启动金属电极,也不靠外加物质或渣的作用,更不改变炉子的内部结构,而能使经长时间停炉以至冷至室温的盐浴炉直接启动熔化。这种方法简单、方便,从根本上改善了盐浴炉启动的劳动条件,减轻了劳动强度;而且启动速度快、热损失小,并为停炉时更好地加盖保温创造了条件,节电效果显著。
