以荧光素钠为气溶胶示踪剂,研究了粘质沙雷氏菌(70032株)和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞(8017株)混合气溶胶在不同温湿度条件下的存活规律。发现粘质沙雷氏菌在空气中可分为快、慢两个不同的衰亡阶段,其气溶胶存活受温湿度影响;而枯草杆菌芽胞气溶胶看不出快、慢衰亡阶段,温湿度对其气溶胶存活影响不明显。
Using fluorescein as aerosol tracer, the survival of mixed aerosols of Serratia marcescens (strain 70032) and Bacillus subtilis var. Niger (8017 strains) under different temperature and humidity conditions was studied. It was found that Serratia marcescens could be divided into two stages of rapid and slow decay in the air. The aerosol survival was affected by temperature and humidity. However, the Bacillus subtilis aerosol did not show the stage of rapid and slow decay, temperature and humidity The aerosol survival effect is not obvious.
