1.前言 太钢1549mm热连轧机是从日本引进的二手设备,其中两台光电狭缝扫描式测宽仪是日本东芝公司制造的,属于70年代初期产品。日方专家意见是:测宽仪老化严重,并已停止生产,零件不能配备,建议新做。我们据此并观看了实物,想修好困难太大。根据十多年来开发光电仪表和CCD应用的经验,决定把电荷耦合器件(CCD)及计算机技术,应用到测宽仪的修配改工作中。经过一年多的努力,已按时投入生产现场运行,取得了很好的应用效果。
1. Introduction TISCO 1549mm hot strip mill is a used equipment imported from Japan. Two of them are manufactured by Toshiba Corporation and belong to the early 1970s. The Japanese experts’ opinion is: Aging of the width gauge has seriously deteriorated and production has stopped. Parts can not be equipped and new ones are recommended. We accordingly and watched the kind, want to fix too much difficulty. Based on more than a decade of experience in the development of optoelectronic instrumentation and CCD applications, it has been decided to apply charge-coupled device (CCD) and computer technology to the task of repairing and modifying the width gauge. After more than a year of hard work, it has been put into production on time and has achieved good application results.
