提出了一种新的故障定位的精确算法。它是利用输电线路双端电气量进行故障测距的。该方法仅需要线路双端电压及电流测量值,不受线路两端系统阻抗、故障类型及接地电阻等因素的影响;同时该方法避免了两端电气量的坐标变换,在线路两端进行的电气量测量不需要同步。大量的数字仿真结果以及动模实验结果表明,该算法具有相当高的精确度。
