目的:探讨康复科建立亚重症过渡病房和护理管理的措施。方法:随机选取2012年5月~2013年3月在浙江省衢州市第三医院治疗的亚重症患者共200例。其中100例在康复科普通病房进行治疗,设为对照组;另100例在亚重症过渡病房进行治疗,设为观察组,观察通过管理制度、分工安排、对患者的状况评估、护理服务的提升等方面的改进患者康复度的提升情况。结果:通过护理管理模式的改善,患者从亚重症过渡病房的转出率达到93.1%,患者及家属的满意度达到95.3%。结论:亚重症过渡病房的建立,提升了康复科临床护理质量,增加了护理人员的服务意识,提高了患者及家属的满意度。
Objective: To explore the rehabilitation of sub-critical care units and nursing management measures. Methods: A total of 200 patients with sub-critical illness who were treated in the Third Hospital of Quzhou, Zhejiang Province from May 2012 to March 2013 were randomly selected. 100 of them were treated in the general ward of rehabilitation department and set as the control group. The other 100 patients were treated in the transitional ward of sub-critical disease. The observation group was treated as observation group. The management system and division of labor were arranged to assess the condition of the patients and the improvement of nursing services Improve the recovery of patients and other aspects of the situation. Results: With the improvement of nursing management mode, the rate of patients’ transition from sub-critical transitional ward reached 93.1%, and the satisfaction of patients and their families reached 95.3%. Conclusion: The establishment of sub-critical transitional ward has improved the quality of clinical nursing in rehabilitation department, increased the service awareness of nursing staff and raised the satisfaction of patients and their families.
