植物与病原物长期的互作过程中产生了一系列的防卫反应 ,其中系统获得性抗性 (Sys temicAcquiredResistance ,SAR)和诱导性系统抗性 (InducedSystemicResistance,ISR)是植物抗病信号传导途径中的两种重要形式。它们分别由植物内源信号分子SA和JA/Et作介导 ,两种信号的传导途径之间既相互独立又相互联系 ,协同作用 ,从而使植物作出对自身伤害最小却又最为有效的防卫反应。笔者就SA 依赖性信号传导途径和SA 非依赖性信号传导途径的分子生物学研究进展 ,以及两种信号传导途径间的相互作用等方面进行了综述
A series of defense responses have been developed during the long-term interaction between plant and pathogen. Systematic resistance (SAR) and induced systemic resistance (ISR) Two important forms. They are respectively mediated by plant endogenous signal molecules SA and JA / Et. The two signal transduction pathways are independent, interrelated and synergistic with each other so that the plants can make the most effective defense response to themselves . The author reviews molecular biology of the SA-dependent signaling pathway and the SA-independent signaling pathway, as well as the interaction between the two signaling pathways
