再生骨料沥青稳定碎石的路用性能研究

由于建筑垃圾再生骨料在生产过程中会产生大量微裂缝和孔隙,物理力学性能较低。采用有机硅树脂对再生骨料进行强化处理;对处理前后的再生骨料沥青稳定碎石ATB进行马歇尔试验和路用性能试验。结果表明:再生骨料磨耗值和压碎值大,表观相对密度小,进而导致最佳沥青用量大;沥青混合料低温抗裂性和水稳定性不能满足规范要求;经有机硅树脂处理后,吸水率和最佳油石比降低,强度和密实度增大;低温抗裂性和水稳定性能够满足要求,热稳定性提高。 As the construction waste recycled aggregate in the production process will produce a large number of micro-cracks and pores, lower physical and mechanical properties. The recycled aggregate was treated with silicone resin. The Marshall test and road performance test of recycled aggregate asphalt stabilized aggregate (ATB) before and after treatment were carried out. The results show that the recycled aggregates have large abrasion value and crush value and small apparent relative density, which leads to the best asphalt dosage. Asphalt mixture can not meet the requirements of low temperature cracking resistance and water stability. After treated with silicone resin , Water absorption and the best ratio of stone reduced, strength and density increased; low temperature crack resistance and water stability to meet the requirements, thermal stability.
