以10个玉米地方品种为材料,通过盆栽试验设置干旱胁迫、正常供水2个处理,研究干旱胁迫下玉米地方品种的苗期形态和生理指标。结果表明,干旱胁迫对玉米地方品种幼苗植株形态和生理有不同程度的不利影响,不同玉米地方品种的耐旱性存在明显差异。不同地方品种的同一植株性状和同一地方品种的不同植株性状的耐旱胁迫指数存在差异。侧根数、叶面积、根体积和植株干重可作为玉米地方品种耐旱种质筛选的形态指标,硝酸还原酶活性和丙二醛含量可作为耐旱种质筛选的生理指标。
Ten maize landraces were used as materials to establish two types of treatments: drought stress and normal water supply. The morphological and physiological indexes of maize landraces under drought stress were studied. The results showed that drought stress had some adverse effects on plant morphology and physiology of maize landraces, and there were significant differences in drought tolerance among different maize landraces. The same plant traits in different local varieties and the drought tolerance index of different plant traits in the same local variety were different. The number of lateral roots, leaf area, root volume and plant dry weight can be used as morphological indexes to screen drought-tolerant germplasms of maize varieties. Nitrate reductase activity and malondialdehyde content can be used as physiological indexes for drought-resistant germplasm screening.
