1999年我们在调查中发现,各行业企业信息化建设启动的根源主要是内部需求,所以那时候的企业信息化更多的是自发建设。但是随着企业信息化水平的增长,行业整体信息化进展迅速,信息化已经不是单个企业的发展问题,而是企业在本行业里竞争立足的关键。调查结果也证实了这个现象:在银行、教育、制造业和邮政电信业被访单位中,只有平均不到4成的被访者认为内部需求是启动单位信息化的根源,这个比例比1999年的同一比例低近25个百分点;应上级部门的要求被动建设的比例也远远低于去年的数字.
In our investigation in 1999, we found that the root cause of the construction of enterprise informatization in various industries was mainly internal demand.
