随着煤矿安全生产工作的逐步深入,研究开发煤矿井下救灾机器人,为煤矿抢险救灾提供直接支持,最大限度减少灾害事故给国家和人民生命财产造成的损失,显得越来越迫切和重要。但煤矿灾区环境往往是一种高温、高湿、浓雾,具有强爆炸危险性,随时可能发生冒顶片帮、物体垮落的恶劣环境,这对煤矿救灾机器人的安全性能提出很高要求,安全性能不高或缺失极可能引发次生灾害事故。本文研究了煤矿救灾机器人在电气、信号、温升等防爆安全,安全保护与防护,电源安全等方面应具备的基本安全性能要求,探讨了实现途径,以推进煤矿救灾机器人的研究开发和实用。
