本文研究了甲基膦酸二甲庚酯萃淋树脂从盐酸溶液中吸附钼的性能和机理。实验结果表明,不同酸液中钼的分配系数(D_(Mo))有下列顺序:HCl≥H_2SO_4≈HNO_3。在HCl体系中,D_(Mo)随溶液酸度增加而升高(在6.0—10.0mol/LHCl时达最大值)。平衡服从Langmuir吸附等温式。化学分析和红外光谱表明,树脂吸附钼属于水合-溶剂化机理:(?)+2H_2O+MoO_2Cl_2 ==(?)测定了吸附过程的热力学函数,并对动态吸附和洗脱进行了探讨。
In this paper, the performance and mechanism of the adsorption of molybdenum from hydrochloric acid solution by dimethylheptyl methylphosphonate extraction resin were studied. The experimental results show that the distribution coefficients of molybdenum (D_ (Mo)) in different acid solutions have the following order: HCl≥H_2SO_4≈HNO_3. In the HCl system, D_ (Mo) increased with the acidity of the solution (up to 6.0-10.0 mol / LHCl). The equilibrium obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The results of chemical analysis and FTIR indicate that the adsorption of molybdenum on the resin belongs to the hydration-solvating mechanism: (?) + 2H_2O + MoO_2Cl_2 == (?) The thermodynamic function of the adsorption process was determined. The dynamic adsorption and elution were also discussed.
