INTRODUCTION If everyone is able to use their expertise best, the allocation of human resources to society as a whole will be optimal. The same is true for companies, as evidenced by the principle of comparative advantage proposed by David Ricardo, a British economist. If an enterprise wants to win the competition in the market, it must be highly competitive. In other words, if it is possible to achieve “no one has me and others have me,” it will not endure the bad luck of failure. A person can not be perfect, a business will not be absentminded in all areas. For enterprises, how to build their own core competitiveness is a crucial part. The concept of “core competence” first appeared in 1990 when management specialists C.K. Prahalad and Gary
