研究采用五元二次正交旋转回归设计,对锯末,麸皮、豆饼、土壤、草木灰等5个因素进行了试验,通过建立数学模型,因素效应分析,计算机配方选优及方案优化,得出春平菇配方的3套优化方案,经优化的高产配方可较设计最优配方回归产量增加129.1%以上。试验中发现土壤对麸皮、豆饼有替代作用,添加草木灰会引起减产。
Five quadratic orthogonal rotation regression design was used in this study. Five factors including sawdust, bran, soybean cake, soil and ash were tested. Mathematical model, factor effect analysis, optimization of computer formula and program optimization were obtained Three sets of spring mushroom recipe optimization program, the optimized high-yield formula than the optimal design formula output increased by 129.1% or more. The test found that the soil on the bran, bean cake have an alternative role, adding ash will cause cut.
