~(89)Sr注入静脉后在大鼠体内的滞留。幼年组与成年、老年组间有显著差异,而后两组间差异不明显。幼年组骨骼慢库室~(89)Sr的滞留量分数高于成年和老年组,而有效半减期(Te_2)小于成年和老年组。估算的全身剂量,幼年组是成年和老年组的6.0和7.0倍,而骨剂量是后两组的4.7和6.9倍。
The retention of ~ (89) Sr in rat after injection into vein. There was a significant difference between young group and adult and old group, while the difference between the two groups was not obvious. Juvenile group skeletal slow room ~ (89) Sr retention was higher than the adult and elderly groups, and the effective half-life (Te 2) was less than the adult and elderly groups. The estimated systemic dose was 6.0 and 7.0 times as much in the juvenile group as in the adult and elderly groups, and the bone dose was 4.7 and 6.9 times the latter two groups.
