本文阐述了随着汽车产业的不断发展,汽车售后越来越受到广大消费者的重视。做好售后服务,不仅关系到公司产品的质量、完整性,更关系到客户能否得到真正的、完全的满意。本文首先就汽车售后在汽车营销市场上的地位进行讨论和研究,然后针对此重要地位对当今的汽车售后市场的现状提出了一些改善措施,相信对当今繁荣的汽车市场有着深远的意义。
This article states that with the continuous development of the automobile industry, the automobile after-sales is paid more and more attention by consumers. Good after-sales service, not only related to the quality of the company’s products, the integrity, but also related to the customer can get real and complete satisfaction. In this paper, the status of automobile aftermarket in the automotive marketing market is discussed and researched first, and then some improvement measures are given to the present status of automobile aftermarket in view of this important status. I believe it has far-reaching significance to the current prosperous automobile market.
