针对不同学生的性格特征、体质特征及体育兴趣爱好,在体育实践教学中积极努力的帮助每一个学生,在参与完体育课程之后,在体育兴趣和体育态度方面都有较清晰的认识,并在今后的学习和生活中愿意花费一定的时间去享受体育,这是我们在小学体育教学中倡导的新教学理念,而其中所体现的个体化教育问题是最值得我们思考和学习的内容,笔者就小学体育教学中的个体化教育问题谈谈自己的认识。
