已从服柴朴汤的人尿中检测出10种来自厚朴、黄芩、甘草的木脂素、类黄酮及其代谢物,并搞清了化学结构,确认这些化合物也存在于血液中。此次使用电化学检测器(ECD),试测这些化合物的血中浓度。 方法:健康男子单剂量服用柴朴汤5g,药后经时采血,分离血清。将血清以葡糖醛酸酶处理,再以硅藻土柱分离提取脂溶性成分,以逆相HPLC进行分析。检测器使用串联4个电极的多电极电化学检测器。研究的对象化合物为甘草成分甘草素、美迪紫檀素,黄芩
Ten types of lignans, flavonoids and their metabolites from Magnolia officinalis, Astragalus membranaceus and Glycyrrhiza uralensis have been detected in the urine of people taking Chai Pu Soup, and the chemical structure has been ascertained to confirm that these compounds are also present in the blood. This time using an electrochemical detector (ECD), the blood concentrations of these compounds were tested. METHODS: Healthy males took Chai Putang 5g in a single dose. After the drug was taken, blood was collected and the serum was separated. The serum was treated with glucuronidase, and the fat-soluble components were separated and extracted on a diatomaceous earth column and analyzed by reverse phase HPLC. The detector uses a multi-electrode electrochemical detector with 4 electrodes in series. The target compounds studied were licorice ingredient glycyrrhizin, medilandtan, and jaundice.
