目的:探讨内皮素1(ET1)在大鼠多脏器功能失常综合征(MODS)肝衰竭发生机制中的作用。方法:运用组织化学与免疫电镜等方法,观察肝细胞中ET1及糖原的含量变化。结果:MODS大鼠肝细胞胞浆ET1含量明显增多,而糖原含量明显减少。结论:内皮素对肝糖原有分解作用,这是造成MODS时肝损伤以至影响全身多个脏器损伤的重要因素之一。
Objective: To investigate the role of endothelin 1 (ET1) in the pathogenesis of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in rats with liver failure. Methods: Histochemistry and immunoelectron microscopy were used to observe the changes of ET1 and glycogen in hepatocytes. Results: The content of ET1 in hepatocyte cytoplasm of MODS rats increased obviously, but the content of glycogen obviously decreased. Conclusion: Endothelin has the effect of decomposing hepatic glycogen, which is one of the important factors that cause liver damage in MODS and even affect multiple organ injuries.
