目的:阿昔洛韦(AC)胶囊剂的处方筛选。方法:用紫外分光光度法,分别进行药物的溶出度和含量测定。结果:加适当表面活性剂,以滑石粉为润滑剂的阿昔洛韦胶囊剂显著提高了药物的释放速度。结论:阿昔洛韦胶囊剂提高了药物的生物利用度。
OBJECTIVE: Prescription screening of acyclovir (AC) capsules. Methods: UV spectrophotometry, respectively, drug dissolution and content determination. Results: Acyclovir capsules with appropriate surfactants and talc as lubricant significantly increased the drug release rate. CONCLUSION: Aciclovir capsules increase the bioavailability of the drug.
