目的了解健康中老年人各年龄段大动脉脉搏波速度(PWV)值与性别的关系以及随年龄变化的趋势。方法按照正常人标准筛选出正常健康人545名(男395名,女150名),年龄31- 85岁,平均年龄(63.93±10.99)岁,采用脉搏波速度测定仪Complior测定颈-股动脉脉搏波速度。结果健康人群大动脉PWV平均值为(11.62±2.97)m/s。40岁以上中老年男女PWV值差异无统计学意义,30-39岁组女性PWV低于男性,无论男女PWV均与年龄正相关。根据PWV与年龄的回归方程,已获得不同年龄段PWV的正常参照值。结论健康中老年人群大动脉PWV受年龄影响较大,与性别关系不大,应按照不同年龄段建立其正常参照值。年龄与PWV的正相关,随着年龄增加,主动脉僵硬度增加,弹性下降,PWV加速。
Objective To understand the relationship between the value of PWV and sex and the trend with age in healthy middle-aged and elderly people of all ages. Methods 545 normal healthy people (395 males and 150 females) were screened according to the standard of normal people, aged 31-85 years (mean age 63.33 ± 10.99 years). The pulse wave velocity was measured by Complior - Femoral pulse wave velocity. Results The average PWV of aorta in healthy subjects was (11.62 ± 2.97) m / s. There was no significant difference in PWV between middle-aged and elderly men over 40 years old. The PWV in 30-39 age group was lower than that of male, no matter PWV was positively correlated with age. Based on the regression equation between PWV and age, normal reference values for PWV at different ages have been obtained. Conclusions The PWV of the aorta in healthy middle-aged and elderly population is greatly affected by age and has little to do with gender. The normal reference value should be established according to different age groups. There was a positive correlation between age and PWV. With age, aortic stiffness increased, elasticity decreased, and PWV accelerated.
