在大型多相流实验装置上研究了水平管气液分层流和环状流流动特性,采用气相动量方程求解了气液相间摩阻系数,与已有的经验公式进行了对比分析,建立了适于水平管气液两相分离流相间水力摩阻系数的计算方法。在分层流水力计算中可以采用Shoham&Taitel公式计算气液相间水力摩阻系数,在环状流水力计算中推荐采用Laurinat公式计算相间摩阻系数。
In the large-scale multiphase flow experiment device, the flow characteristics of gas-liquid stratified flow and annular flow in horizontal pipe were studied. The gas-liquid friction coefficient was solved by gas-phase momentum equation, and compared with the existing empirical formula, and established The calculation method of hydraulic friction coefficient suitable for horizontal tube gas-liquid two phase separation flow. The Shoham & Taitel formula can be used to calculate the hydraulic friction coefficient of gas-liquid phase in the stratified flow hydraulic calculation. The Laurinat formula is recommended to calculate the interphase friction coefficient in the circular flow hydraulic calculation.
