2010年9月,我国决定在公共医疗卫生及基层医疗事业单位及其他事业单位实施绩效工资制度。作为医疗体制改革的一个重要方面,医院绩效考核制度的实施对于医院的分配制度改革、提高医疗系统工作人员的工作积极性具有重要作用。在对绩效考核进行概述的基础上,对新医改形势下绩效考核的主要内容进行了较为详细的论述,同时针对提高医院绩效考核效果提出了若干措施,以期对促进我国医疗体制改革起到一定的参考作用。
In September 2010, China decided to implement a performance pay system in public health and primary care institutions and other public institutions.
