为了有效提高SMA路面使用初始阶段的抗滑性能,本文着眼于SMA路面施工阶段,选择沥青用量、纤维品质与用量、不同钢轮碾压工艺组合等影响因素,设计不同施工工艺,铺筑试验路段,采用铺砂法构造深度、摆值法摩擦系数和横向力系数等指标,开展了沥青路面铺筑后(即使用初期)的抗滑性能影响规律研究。结果显示:在各压实阶段施工温度得到有效控制的情况下,SMA路面不宜过多或过度采用振动压实,不宜采用胶轮碾压,此外,减少沥青用量可以在一定程度上提高抗滑能力。
In order to effectively improve the anti-skid performance of the initial stage of SMA pavement, this paper focuses on the SMA pavement construction stage, select the amount of asphalt, fiber quality and dosage, different rolling wheel combination process and other influencing factors, design different construction techniques, The influence of anti-skidding performance of asphalt pavement after paving asphalt pavement (ie early use) was studied by using the depth of paving sand method, friction coefficient of swing law and lateral force coefficient. The results show that when the construction temperature is effectively controlled in each compaction stage, the SMA pavement should not be over or overly vibrated and compacted, and rubber wheel rolling should not be adopted. In addition, reducing the asphalt content can improve the anti-skid ability to a certain extent .
