为有效评价渗流作用下邻近建筑的基坑安全稳定性,以鼎洲医药仓库基坑工程为例,建立了考虑流固耦合的三维有限元模型,分析其周边土体沉降、建筑基础沉降及基坑支护的变形与受力特性,并对比流固耦合与非流固耦合计算结果的差异。结果表明:1)考虑流固耦合模型的稳定性低于非流固耦合模型的;2)基础的位置和形状对其自身沉降的影响很大,基坑降水对其也有一定影响,基坑开挖的环境评价中应予以充分考虑;3)计算结果与实测数据的规律相符,能够很好地反映基坑及其周边建筑的实际变形特性。
