DBN-偶氮氯膦光度法测定钢铁和镍基合金中铈组稀土文献已有报道。我们研究发现:DBN-偶氮氯膦与铈组稀土在磷酸、盐酸、硫酸、高氯酸、硝酸介质中均可显色,且酸度为相同浓度下灵敏度依次降低。本文选用1.5mol·L~(-1)磷酸介质中测定铈组稀土,0~10μg/25ml符合比耳定律。表观摩尔吸光系数为7.6×10~4。主要共存离子:Cd~(2+)、Zn~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、Ni~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Cn~(2+)、Pb~(2+)、Al~(2+)、Mo(Ⅵ)、W(Ⅵ)、Si(Ⅳ)、Ti(Ⅳ)、Zr(Ⅳ)、Cr~(3-)、Sr~(2+)等允许在毫克级以上,磷酸介质又可消除一定量Fe~(3+)、Zr(Ⅳ)、Hf(Ⅳ)的影响,Ca~(2+)、Ba~(2+)、Nb(Ⅴ)、V(Ⅴ)也允许数百微克的存在。 本分析方法可以快速光度法测定锌合金、镁合金、铝合金、铜合金、镍合金、钴合金中铈组稀土、经过标准样品考核和加入法回收试验。证明该分析方法的应用效果较好。
DBN-chlorophosphonazo spectrophotometric determination of rare earths in the cerium group of steel and nickel-based alloys has been reported. Our study found that: DBN-chlorophosphonazo and cerium group of rare earth in phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, perchloric acid, nitric acid medium can be color, and the same concentration of acidity sensitivity decreased. In this paper, rare earth cerium group was selected by 1.5 mol·L -1 phosphoric acid medium and Beer’s law was obeyed at 0-10 μg / 25 ml. The apparent molar absorptivity is 7.6 × 10 ~ 4. The main coexisting ions are Cd 2+, Zn 2+, Mg 2+, Ni 2+, Co 2+, Cn 2+, Pb 2+ Al2 +, Mo6 +, W6 +, Si4 +, Ti4 +, Zr4 +, Cr3-, Sr2 + and so on Above milligram level, the phosphoric acid medium can eliminate the effects of certain amount of Fe 3+, Zr 4+, Hf 4+, Ca 2+, Ba 2+, Nb 5+, V (V) also allows the presence of hundreds of micrograms. The analysis method can be rapid photometric determination of zinc alloy, magnesium alloy, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, nickel alloy, cobalt alloy rare earth cerium group, after the standard sample test and join the recovery test. It proves that the application of this method is effective.
