用于宝石柱塞往复平流泵的国产密封圈,寿命较短,直接影响了往复泵的使用和生产。 本文报导了一种寿命较长的NFF-16塑料密封圈的研制和应用结果。通过材料的摩擦磨损试验、溶剂浸泡试验、密封圈在往复泵中的长期应用试验,结果表明,主要组成为聚四氟乙烯/聚对羟基苯甲酸酯/石墨的复合材料,摩擦系数较低,磨损较小,对对摩面的磨损亦较小。密封圈的密封性能和抗溶剂性能良好,工作寿命可达1000～2000小时以上,满足了使用要求。
